EMERZONE
Where your greatness starts here — now in every member's hand.
SEE THE APP ↓Today, every booking happens in Messenger DMs. Every membership renewal depends on someone remembering. Every promo only reaches the followers who happen to scroll past it. Every program registration is a coach answering questions one parent at a time. It's a beautiful building running on a system that doesn't match its ambition.
A mobile app changes the whole conversation. Court bookings lock in seconds. Memberships renew themselves. Promotions push directly to members' phones. Coach Joseph's basketball program enrolls 20 kids without a single back-and-forth message. King of the SparKING fills its bracket overnight. And Boss Emerson sees all of it from one dashboard.
This isn't a faceless agency. It's a small team built around someone you already trust. Ced and Pearl own every conversation with Boss Emerson so you have familiar points of contact, while Reymark stays heads-down building. Every milestone is delivery-managed by Pearl before it reaches you.
Owns every owner-side conversation. Friend-level access to Boss Emerson means honest scope conversations, fewer formal email round-trips, and a faster feedback loop than any vendor relationship can offer.
Owns delivery and project coordination. Sits with Boss Emerson to gather operational details, runs weekly progress reviews, and translates owner feedback into clear engineering tasks. Keeps the build on schedule and on scope.
Designs the architecture, builds the Flutter mobile app, builds the Laravel 13 backend and admin, integrates payments, AI, push and SMS. Ships the MVP and trains the team after launch.
Decisions flow from Boss Emerson through Ced and Pearl to Reymark. Built work flows back through Pearl's project management to Boss Emerson. No information gets lost.
"I've architected production systems for cooperative banking and HRIS at scale. Emerzone's app is a chance to bring that same engineering discipline to a brand I genuinely respect — built right in my own hometown of Balagtas."
The app you're about to see does exactly that. Below: three of the screens that set the tone for the whole experience.
Every feature falls into one of five buckets. Each one closes a real-world workflow Emerzone runs today by hand.
Book a court in three taps.
Pickleball, basketball, boxing — the live calendar shows every available slot, locks it the moment you tap, and emails you a QR pass. No more "kuya, available pa po ba?" in Messenger at 11 PM.
A whole gym, in your hand.
Pre-built routines for every goal. Log every workout. Track your progress. Book a human coach session anytime — included for Zone Elite members.
Skill programs and tournaments, end to end.
Coach Joseph's Relentless Basketball clinic enrolls 20 students with a single tap each. King of the SparKING fills its bracket overnight with the auto-bracket generator. Boss Emerson's two best revenue activities, fully automated.
Quina's Café, ahead of time.
Browse the menu, place an order, pick it up at the counter after your workout. Member discounts auto-apply. Pay at the counter or online.
Stay in the loop.
Promotions push straight to your phone. Event announcements arrive by SMS. Your routines, your progress, your community — all in one place.
Click through every screen the member, parent, athlete, owner, and admin will use. Just the phone — like you'll actually use it.
This is what separates Emerzone from every other gym in Bulacan. The Zone Elite member has unlimited 24/7 access to four sport-specific AI coaches — Gym, Boxing, Basketball, Pickleball — each one trained on its sport's fundamentals, drills, and personalization patterns.
The Gym AI builds personalized routines around the member's goal (build muscle, lose weight), respects recent soreness reported in chat, suggests substitutions when equipment is busy, and explains form for any lift. The Boxing AI designs shadow-boxing combos, footwork drills, and conditioning circuits. The Basketball AI breaks down shooting form and designs position-specific workouts. The Pickleball AI coaches serves, dinks, third-shot drops, and doubles strategy.
Zone Starter and Zone Pro tiers each get three free AI Coach messages per day — a generous taste of the feature, designed to pull members up to Zone Elite. The conversion lever writes itself.
For Boss Emerson, the operating cost is tiny (cents per chat) and the differentiator is enormous. No gym in the province has this. Most gyms in the country don't.
Coach Joseph already runs his Relentless Basketball Skills Development clinic at Emerzone. Six sessions, two hours each, ₱4,500 per student, camp shirt included, ages 5 and up. Today, every registration is a one-on-one conversation in Messenger. In the app, it's three taps.
A parent opens the app, taps Programs, sees the Relentless poster as the lead card. They tap into the program detail — Coach Joseph's photo and bio, six sessions, schedule, what's included. They tap Enroll Now. The form pre-fills the parent's info; they fill in their child's name, age, t-shirt size, and emergency contact. They tap Pay with GCash. They receive a digital enrollment confirmation with a QR code their child shows at every session. Coach Joseph sees the roster fill up in his coach dashboard.
Result: Same revenue, zero overhead. ₱4,500 × 20 students = ₱90,000 per batch, all collected upfront, all roster-managed automatically.
King of the SparKING — Boss Emerson's flagship event. Team vs Team, ex-pros versus amateurs, ₱20,000 cash prize plus trophy. Today, registration happens through Coach Eric and a stack of paper forms. In the app, it organizes itself.
The owner creates the event in the admin: poster upload, date, format, divisions, registration window, entry fee, prize pool. The moment registration opens, every app user gets a push notification — and Boss Emerson can toggle SMS to reach members who haven't opened the app recently. Fighters register solo (joining the free-agent pool) or as a team. Team captains create teams and invite members by phone number. Once registration closes on December 21 at midnight, Boss Emerson taps "Generate Brackets" and the app auto-builds the single-elimination draw with division-aware seeding.
Result: A tournament that runs itself. Boss Emerson focuses on the event, not the spreadsheet.
Named after the rings in the Emerzone logo. Each tier is a deeper "zone" of access — and Zone Elite unlocks the AI Coaches that no other gym in Bulacan offers.
For: students, beginners, "try the gym out"
For: regular gym-goers, hobby players
For: serious athletes, frequent players, those who want 24/7 coaching
The mobile app is what members see. The admin dashboard is what runs the business. Built into the same Laravel 13 backend, it gives Boss Emerson a real-time view of everything happening at Emerzone — without leaving his desk.
Boss Emerson opens the admin dashboard at 8 AM. Today's revenue: ₱8,450. Active members: 142, up eight this week. Today's bookings: 23 across the three facilities. Quina's orders so far: 18. Five memberships expire this week — one tap sends them a renewal promo via push and SMS. The Relentless Basketball roster shows 15 of 20 slots filled. King of the SparKING has 24 registered fighters; registration closes Friday. Auto-bracket generation is ready when he is.
The Emerzone identity is matte black, concrete grey, and a single white-on-black rings emblem. The building wears it. The logo carries it. The app extends it. Every screen, every component, every interaction follows the same visual language as the building façade — premium, athletic, unmistakably Emerzone.
No experimental frameworks. Every layer in this stack is battle-tested, Philippine-payment-ready, and matches what Reymark uses every day on cooperative banking and HRIS production systems.
Built by Google. Used by Alibaba, BMW, Toyota. Renders premium dark themes beautifully — perfect for Emerzone's aesthetic.
PHP's flagship framework. Powers the API the app talks to, the admin Boss Emerson uses, and the queues that send push and SMS at scale.
Reliable, fast, well-understood. Boss Emerson's data on production-grade infrastructure.
Philippine-native payment processor. One integration, both rails. Members pay; Boss Emerson collects.
Google's push service. Free at this scale. Reliable to both iOS and Android.
For high-priority broadcasts when push isn't enough — event registration, deadlines, day-of reminders.
The AI engine behind the four sport-specific coaches. Hosted via the Laravel backend so API keys stay secure and tier rate limits stay enforced.
A real, dated plan — not a vague "few months." Each row below shows what Reymark is building, what Ced is gathering from Boss Emerson, and what Pearl is managing in delivery. Six milestones along the way, ending with a soft launch to the first 10–20 members.
